Alerta!
💥For freedom of movement and the right to stay – Against the deportation prison in Arnstadt💥
Prison tremble on September 21, 2025, at 1 p.m.
Location: in front of the deportation prison in Arnstadt
The Thuringian deportation prison near Arnstadt has now been in operation for almost two months. Currently housing around 10 prisoners, the prison is expected to have a capacity of up to 37 prisoners in the future.
For several weeks now, people have been deprived of their freedom in this detention center and forced to live in isolation.
The state criminalizes people and locks them up simply because they are seeking protection in a country that does not want them.
We are angry and condemn these racist and repressive policies of the state government in Thuringia and throughout Germany!
We demand the closure of the deportation prison in Arnstadt and all deportation prisons in Germany!
We demand freedom of movement and the right to stay for all!
So let’s gather in front of the deportation prison in Arnstadt on Saturday, September 21, at 1 p.m. to express our solidarity with those imprisoned there. Together, we want to show the prisoners that we will not leave them alone and that we are committed to their release. During this action, we want to connect with the people in the deportation prison and hear their voices and music requests so we can bring them out onto the streets loud and clear in solidarity.
On September 21, we will stand together in solidarity in front of the deportation prison, because migration is not a crime! We will be loud for freedom of movement, for the right to stay, and for a self-determined life for all! Alerta!
